I’m a Certified Advanced Doula serving families throughout North Idaho, Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, and the surrounding communities.

My journey into birth work began after experiencing both a challenging birth and a later empowering birth of my own. Those experiences showed me the importance of education, advocacy, and compassionate support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Today, I provide evidence-based information, emotional support, physical comfort measures, and advocacy so families feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their journey.
